At your first visit we analyze your complaint. The therapist will ask you about the origin of the complaint, when the complaint occurs, how long you have had the complaint and what makes the complaint worse or what alleviates the complaint. After this a physical examination will follow.  During this the therapist will assess your posture and movement. The therapist will discuss the conclusions of the examination with you and will set up a treatment plan. The intake takes normally between 30-45 minutes.

Our tailor made exercise program will help you find balance in your body through simple movements and experience improved health. We will provide you with interventions that address issues such as daily living, pain, and limited range of motion. Our services target headache, chronic pain, sports injuries, neck &shoulder problems ,low back problem, knee problem and other Masculoskeletal complaints.

After the treatment plan is developed, our therapists will establish a close cooperative rehab teamwork relationship  with the clients, creating an optimal rehabilitation environment to provide the most significant recovery outcomes.

When clients are unable to visit the clinic for treatment due to personal reasons, we can provide home services. Home services are only available for complex-physio clients residing within a 2-kilometer radius of the clinic.

Acupuncture is a method from Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) that involves the insertion of very thin needles through your skin at strategic points on the body body. A key component of traditional Chinese Medicine, acupuncture is most commonly used to treat pain. Increasingly, it is being used for overall wellness, including stress management.
 

Traditional Chinese Medicine explains acupuncture as a technique for balancing the flow of energy or life force — known as chi or qi (chee) — believed to flow through pathways (meridians) in your body. By inserting needles into specific points along these meridians, acupuncture practitioners believe that your energy flow will re-balance.

An acupuncture session normally takes 60 minutes and costs 75 euros. For every first-time visit or new treatment program, a TCM consultation is required.

To create an effective TCM treatment plan, your initial consultation is crucial. We will ask questions regarding your general health status, current symptoms, medical history, diet and lifestyle, sleep pattern, emotional state, any examinations undergone or treatments received, etc. Additionally, we will conduct pulse diagnosis to assess its quality, rhythm, and strength. Tongue diagnosis will also be performed to observe the color, coating, and shape of your tongue, providing us with valuable insights into the condition of your internal organs. Once we have gathered sufficient information to determine the likely cause of your issue, we can discuss options with you and choose the most appropriate and effective treatment.

Based on this diagnosis, we propose a treatment plan. We may select forms of treatment such as acupuncture, herbal medicine, moxibustion, or cupping. Alternatively, a combination of modalities may be a suitable solution, depending on the condition and needs of each individual.
